Dashboard and session diagnostics

The VoiceThere dashboard at app.voicethere.io now exposes richer session diagnostics for builders running voice agents in production.
What changed
- Project metrics — monthly usage progress, queue wait averages, and credit-pack checkout from the project overview.
- Session detail — billable duration, STT/TTS meter breakdown, and finalize counters on each session page.
- Usage dashboard — org-wide charts with project filters and zoom controls.
These surfaces help you validate cost and latency before pointing real traffic at a project. Full API reference remains in Control plane API.
