Live showcase demos on the marketing site
August 27, 2026 · release
Visitors can now try VoiceThere from the marketing site before creating an account. A floating voice chat launcher, a showcase catalog, and a shared-world board connect to live demo projects when operators configure them.
Try it
- Docs: Live showcase demos
- Showcase: Try demos
- Home: scroll to Live voice demo or open the Chat launcher in the corner
- Shared world: Spawn on the board
When demo env vars are unset, the UI shows friendly “not configured” copy — the site and CI stay healthy without live sessions.
For operators
Create two VoiceThere projects (voice + world), deploy echo or voice-starter and game-sync. On the world project enable data-only. With project Redis (Advanced and up), objects sync across runner instances — shared agent child is not required then, but it is strongly recommended so many sessions share one child and fewer Redis connections (Advanced defaults it off for voice isolation). On Free, Budget, and Budget+ only one runner instance runs and Redis is not available: keep shared agent child on so clients share in-memory state. Keep warm pool on when the tier allows it, then redeploy. Mint client API keys, and set the SHOWCASE_* secrets on the platform deploy environment. Project scope always comes from the client key — not from a visitor-supplied project header.
